We’re adding an additional 150 parking spaces to the existing 1,500 on site at Fort Dunlop.

Car parking ratios at Fort Dunlop are already very generous – 1:380 sq ft, compared to city centre offices, where ratios are typically 1:2,500 sq ft.

What’s more, occupiers can supplement their lease allocation with additional spaces – and the substantial investment in the new car park means more spaces are now available to hire. An annual rental comes in at just over £4 per day – you can pay that for a single hour in the city centre!
