Keepmoat Relocates 40-Strong West Midlands Team to New Headquarters at Fort Dunlop, Birmingham

Leading UK housebuilder Keepmoat has chosen Fort Dunlop in Birmingham as the new home for its West Midlands regional headquarters, relocating a 40-strong team from its previous base in Tamworth.

The move marks a significant milestone for Keepmoat as it prepares for future growth in the region. The company was recently named preferred developer for Friar Park, a major regeneration project that will deliver 600 new homes on one of the West Midlands’ largest brownfield sites.

Prime Office Space at Fort Dunlop

Keepmoat has secured a 6,455 sq ft office space at Fort Dunlop on a 10-year lease, joining a thriving community of businesses at this iconic Birmingham landmark. Employees will benefit from a range of on-site amenities, including cafés, a gym, and even a padel court – making Fort Dunlop one of the most attractive business destinations in the West Midlands.
