Fort Dunlop Roof Terrace Reopens Following Renovation

Fort Dunlop’s popular rooftop space has reopened following the completion of renovation works, providing an improved outdoor area for occupiers, visitors and events.

Reopened in August 2026, the newly renovated roof terrace features an upgraded deck alongside additional seating, creating an even more welcoming space to step away from the office, meet with colleagues or simply enjoy some fresh air and the views from one of Birmingham’s most distinctive buildings.

The improvements form part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing the amenities available at Fort Dunlop and creating spaces that support a vibrant and enjoyable working environment.

As well as being available for occupiers to enjoy, the roof terrace provides a distinctive setting for private and corporate events. Whether you're planning a team gathering, networking event, celebration or something a little different, the rooftop offers a memorable venue high above the city.
